Christopher Cherry

Chris Cherry is a choral conductor and music educator with more than twenty years of experience leading school, college, church, and community choirs. He holds degrees from Millikin University and VanderCook College of Music and is passionate about creating meaningful musical experiences that build community, connection, and lifelong engagement in the arts. Chris has served as an adjunct professor at Elgin Community College and as Director of Worship and Music at Journey of Hope United Methodist Church. He lives in Hampshire, Illinois, with his wife, Karen, and their two children.
